The Quality of a Great Mechanic
The quality of a great automotive mechanic is very important. Not just to solve a problem with your car, but to help assist you in keeping your vehicle running and performing for many years. We all know how challenging it can be to find the right mechanic for your car. Someone you can trust is one of the most important qualities in a mechanic. Along with a deep understanding and knowledge of the products he has mastered.
We at Ehrlich Motorwerks have the same need for the right mechanic, someone we can trust with our car collection. Fortunately, we are blessed to know of someone we can trust, and he is now part of the Ehrlich team. It's great to have an in-house master mechanic.
About 18 years ago, my wife and I owned a 1990 Acura Legend, and in my search for the right mechanic I came across Mr. Mike Rooney of Action Imports. A Master Mechanic on both Honda and Toyota products as well as having a very deep understanding of automotive mechanics. Mike Rooney has been caring for automobiles for over 30 years, becoming a true master in the automotive profession. We couldn't have found a better mechanic.
Mike joined Ehrlich Motorwerks in the fall of 2015, and has been caring and servicing our vehicles, from Acuras to Porsches. With his master skills in Honda and Toyota products it only made sense for us to open our garage doors to the public to service our community. Mike Rooney enjoys the Asia brands for their quality and engineering.
Mike has always appreciated air-cooled Porsche, yet after spending time on our Porsches he decided it was time to purchase one for himself. Mr. Rooney found a 1979 911 SC European model that had been with the same owner for the past 30 years.
Mike Rooney is also well known in the area as the go to guy for solving the hard to solve mechanical problem. Mike can fix almost all of the challenges that come up. Yet he will be the first to say, "I'm only human, and I can only try to do my best".
