Service Advisor

Service Advisor/Writer/Parts assistant
Currently accepting applications for Service Advisor. This individual must be highly motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic with excellent customer relations skills.

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor are but not limited to:

  • Greeting clients, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information
  • listening to requests of the service desired and clearly explaining information on the repair order
  • referring the technician to the client and/or test-driving the vehicle to confirm source of service repairs
  • estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair
  • handling customer complaints and maintaining high guest satisfaction standards
  • check on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the guest when technicians discover additional problems; getting guest approval to do additional work and explaining the work performed and the charges being billed

Job Requirements

  • Previous Experience desired (Porsche experience not required)
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • General Knowledge of Vehicle Mechanical Operations
