Michael Butler
Raised in the quiet town of Siloam Springs, Mike has had a love for all European import cars since early childhood. With his hundreds of car magazines he has collected over the years and his 25 years of being involved with Porsche, his is the true original Porsche fan that Ferdinand would be proud of. During his years at John Brown University pursuing his art degree, Mike gained his strong reputation for high quality of work and attention to details in the automotive detailing business he owned. After starting a family, he pursued a career as an art director for Walmart and later for Dayspring. It was June of 2013, Mike acted on his dream of opening up Ehrlich Motorwerks in the downtown of Siloam Springs.
Mike may have trouble remembering names, but you can always count on him remembering the exact model of the car you drive. His greatest loves in life come down to a perfectly clean car, smooth running engines, classic Porsches and Ferraris, God and his family.

Sales And Business Administration
Jim, the father-in-law of Mike, has always bonded best with Mike over the subject of classic cars and who is more knowledgeable. This proud Nebraska native, who moved to Arkansas with his wife to be closer to his grandkids, graduated from Chadron State College with a Bachelor’s degree in Education. After teaching Sr. High Social Sciences for eight years, Jim accepted a job in sales with KRAFT FOODS and has 23 years of sales experience at the retail and wholesale level. His unashamed love for classic hot rods, Corvettes, and softball has always played a major role in his life (and personality). “It’s a Dream Job for a Car Aficionado”, Jim.
Patrick Ossenkop
Patrick, long-time nicknamed “Patrick Porsche”, as he often came to visit the EHRLICH showroom and our occasional cars and coffee events. We watched his love for all things Porsche grow throughout the years and we are more than glad to have him on our team as workshop coordinator. He is a true Porsche-phile. Previously, Patrick worked at Superior Automotive for several years as a service manager and provider. As he may share with our customers, he first was a customer himself and is determined to make visiting our shop to never be a stressful or untrustworthy experience. Here, he is happily known as “Everyone’s Porsche Friend” as he loves all things Porsche, “including the very under-appreciated Cayenne”.
Daniel Journey
“Journey”, since very young, has spent his free time at his father’s Porsche repair shop in outside of Kansas City, learning the passion and hard work it takes to restoring classic Porsches to their peak performance. After graduating from McPherson College with a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Restoration, Journey, his wife and two young children, moved to North Carolina where he worked at Road Scholars. Deciding he missed the small town life, he joined the team here at Ehrlich Motorwerks. To this day, he still lives by the passion his father taught him as well with the determination to never give up, for “as long as you have a screwdriver, a hammer, and a brain, you can fix any old car.”
Diego Trancoso
Diego, a long-time resident of Northwest Arkansas, has had a love for fast and powerful cars starting in his teenage years. After graduating from Universal Technical Institute in Texas, Diego began his technician career at Mercedes-Benz of NWA where he worked for the next five years. As his love for cars and his strong desire to be the kind of technician people can rely on grew, he found a job here at Ehrlich where he quickly found the love for Porsches (as if it is possible to not fall in love) and all flat-six engines. His care in quality of work is seen easily in his deep focus in all the work that he does.
