The Ferrari 458 Italia is possibly the best looking of the Pininfarina designed bodies. The Ferrari 4.5-liter V-8 engine generates 570 hp. The 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox complements the driving experience perfectly. Shifts can be summoned by the large carbon fiber column-mounted paddles or left in auto for precise shifts. Depending on the position of the manettino (red anodized switch) on the steering wheel can click through five increasingly aggressive driving modes—gear changes can be anything from gentle nudges to brutal, instantaneous hammer blows.
This 458 Italia is in excellent condition, that has obviously been well cared for by it’s owners. The beautiful paint has been completely covered with clear Paint Protection Film to help preserve the finish. The car has been recently serviced along with four new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The beautiful ROSSO CORSA paint is in excellent condition. A complete paint protection film (PPF) was applied in 2020 ($3,000), also Fusion Plus ceramic coating was applied at the same time. Other exterior details on this 458 Italia; 20 inch forged black painted wheels, yellow brake calipers, Scuderia Ferrari shields, Carbon fiber racing package, carbon fiber rear moulding, and Sport exhaust pipes. New Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.
INTERIOR
Very clean and well spec’d, with Black leather/red stitching carbon fiber racing seat. Leather throughout and carbon fiber trimming everywhere. Yellow rev counter. Sport sill cover. Convince features; reverse camera, parking sensors, heat insulated windshield.
MECHANICALS
We are sure you already know the spec’s, but just in case you missed this detail. The 458 Italia's direct-injected 4.5-liter V8 engine produces 570-horsepower and sends the power through 7-speed dual clutch transmission with F1-style steering column-mounted shift paddles that allow for extremely quick gear changes. The standard E-Diff3 is an electronic limited-slip rear differential that varies the distribution of torque based on inputs such as steering angle and lateral acceleration (cool magic stuff). Brembo brakes featuring carbon-ceramic material discs. Magnetic fluid-filled shock absorbers react instantly to road conditions and driver inputs. A switch on the steering wheel, called a manettino, integrates suspension, traction control, stability control and shifter systems and allows the driver to choose the optimum setting for current conditions. Suspension has factory front lift to easily go over speed bumps.
Beyond the standard specs this car has upgraded Novitec sport spring set and wheel spacers for improved handling and lower ride height stance.
